The GCS possesses advanced presentation skills and is often called upon to sell work externally. The GCS is also responsible for providing career-building guidance, mentorship, and support to the full copy team to foster growth and development. Contribute actively to the creative team, taking full responsibility for concept and copy development on various projects. Multitask and delegate as appropriate to ensure seamless management of projects of varying types. Generate ideas while managing multiple projects. Serve as a liaison between creative and senior account team members, ensuring work meets strategic, business, and creative expectations. Deliver advanced presentations and sell work externally. Provide career-building guidance, mentorship, and support to the full copy team to foster growth and development. All other duties as assigned QualificationsWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required At least 8 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising or a related field Extensive pharmaceutical HCP and DTC writing experience is required (bonus for Oncology experience, but not required) Examples of branded or unbranded collateral conveying key marketing messages and scientific content through a storytelling lens Must be highly conceptual Expertise in extracting relevant information from clinical sources and writing medically accurate copy Experience with complex projects EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range and benefits at any time.From EVERSANA’s inception, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion have always been key to our success.
