Position Overview:
The Graphics Designer & Video Editor will play a crucial role in producing visually compelling graphics and engaging video content. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in both graphic design and video editing, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
• Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, marketing materials, and print.
• Design logos, infographics, banners, brochures, and other visual content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to develop and refine design assets.
Video Editing:
• Edit and assemble video footage into cohesive and engaging final products for promotional, educational, and entertainment purposes.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
• Ensure video content meets high-quality standards and aligns with project objectives.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and conceptualize video content.
Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide progress updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and editing issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing work.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with other design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
• Experience in creating content for social media platforms.
