Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs for various media, including digital, print, and social media.
• Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for marketing materials, explainer videos, social media content, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful visual solutions.
• Ensure all designs align with Voynic Media's brand guidelines and aesthetic.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in graphic design and motion graphics.

Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a significant focus on motion graphics.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong command of motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects, and familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro).
• A portfolio showcasing a strong design sensibility, creativity, and expertise in both static and motion graphics.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Bonus Points:
• Experience with 3D software or other advanced animation tools.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
