Senior Graphic Designer
Pay : $ 2,275 Per Month
Profile - Graphic Designer
Experience - 5+ years
Location - Permanent Work From Home
About the role-
Uplers is looking for Sr. Graphic Designers who are passionate about design, want to work in a multidisciplinary environment, and deliver excellent quality graphic solutions (both print and digital) to leading companies across multiple industry sectors.
Expert, flexible, and able to succeed in a rapidly competitive environment, Self-starters who can identify opportunities and potential problems and address them effectively and efficiently, Excellent communicators with strong organizational, and time management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities-
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to create promotional and advertising materials in the form of email campaigns, landing pages, websites, presentations, documents, print assets and near ads.
• Create illustrations based on given branding guidelines and provided concept sketches to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
• Design presentation materials for communicating to peers and varying levels of stakeholders from cross-functional partners to executive leadership.
• Create engaging infographics and information visualizations that clearly convey concepts and insights based on qualitative and quantitative data.
• Produce, render and oversee printing tasks, assets and processes to ensure the quality and consistency of the designs.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously to realize the organization's creative goals.
• Deliver all phases of production from concept to completion (e.g. mockups, hi-fidelity comps, production-ready assets, and guidelines for usage).
• Take design from concept through execution, project managing the work, ensure timely delivery while aligning the stakeholders.
• Maintaining the brand's consistency across all the digital designs and printed materials.
• QA work to ensure designs and creative assets are polished and ready for implementation handoff or final delivery
• Drive innovation through new workflows, technology, design trends
• Creation of print ready assets based on international print guidelines and standards.
• Able to ideate and create thoughtfully aligned logos, typography and branding assets
Requirements-
• Portfolio is a MUST
• 5-+ years of related work experience in Graphic designing.
• Mastery of Adobe CC suite (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint)
• A passion for conceptual ideation and design execution.
Good To Have-
• Animating, video editing and 3D skills are a plus, but not essential.
• Knowledge of visual digital spaces, UI / UX, and how to leverage social media platforms.
