About the Role We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer with 3–5 years of experience who is equally passionate about graphic design and photo editing. This role is a balanced mix of creative marketing design and production-level image editing. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent designing marketing assets, while the remaining 50% will focus on editing, retouching, and enhancing product photography for eCommerce platforms. You'll work closely with our marketing team to ensure every visual asset meets our quality standards and strengthens our brands. Experience in video editing is an added advantage. What You'll Be Doing Graphic Design (50%) Design high-quality creatives for Meta, Google, Amazon and other digital advertising platforms. Create engaging social media creatives, banners, email creatives, infographics and marketing collateral. Design Shopify website banners, landing page graphics and promotional assets. Create A+ Content, product listing images and eCommerce creatives. Collaborate with SEO and Performance Marketing teams to create campaign-focused creatives. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual assets. Photo Editing & Retouching (50%) Edit and retouch product photographs to create clean, premium-quality visuals. Perform color correction, exposure balancing and image enhancement. Remove backgrounds, dust, scratches and unwanted elements. Create realistic shadows, reflections and depth for product images. Prepare marketplace-ready images for Amazon, Shopify and other eCommerce platforms. Organize and manage image files with proper naming conventions and version control. Maintain consistency across large batches of product images. Bonus Skills Edit short-form marketing videos and reels. Create basic motion graphics using After Effects. Assist in developing engaging multimedia content for digital campaigns. What You'll Need 3–5 years of experience in Graphic Design and Photo Editing. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. Strong knowledge of Illustrator, Lightroom and InDesign. Experience designing for social media and paid advertising campaigns. Strong understanding of product retouching, color correction and image enhancement. Experience creating A+ Content and eCommerce listing images. Ability to work with large volumes of product images while maintaining consistency. Excellent typography, layout and color sense. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of AI-powered design tools is a plus. Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is preferred You'll Excel here if You enjoy balancing creative design with detailed production work.
