Job Title: Graphic Designer – Pharma (Artwork & Packaging)
Company: Ambix Healthcare LLP
Department: Marketing / Regulatory / Design
Location: [Mumbai][Borivali West Next to platform no.1]
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in artwork creation and packaging design. The role involves designing and developing compliant artworks for product packaging, promotional materials, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop pharmaceutical packaging artworks (cartons, labels, foils, inserts, etc.)
• Create and modify product artworks in line with regulatory requirements (FDA/CDSCO guidelines)
• Ensure accuracy of content, including composition, dosage, warnings, batch details, and barcodes
• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Production, and Marketing teams for artwork approvals
• Perform artwork revisions, proofreading, and version control
• Maintain artwork database and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Prepare print-ready files with proper specifications (color modes, bleeds, dielines, etc.)
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and packaging materials
• Support marketing team with visual creatives (brochures, social media, presentations, etc.)
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of pharma packaging norms and compliance
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW)
• Understanding of printing techniques and packaging materials
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
Preferred Requirements:
• Experience working with regulated and non-regulated markets
• Familiarity with artwork management systems
• Knowledge of barcode standards and labeling compliance
