Job Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and visionary Creative Director to lead the development and execution of innovative visual concepts and brand strategies. The successful candidate will oversee the creative team, ensuring all projects align with the company's aesthetic standards and business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the creative direction of our organisation across multiple platforms, fostering a dynamic and inspiring environment.

Duties

Lead the conceptualisation and realisation of creative campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand identity and strategic goals.
Manage and inspire a team of designers, artists, and content creators, providing guidance and mentorship.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and executive teams to develop compelling visual narratives.
Oversee the production process from initial concept through to final delivery, maintaining high standards of quality.
Develop innovative ideas for branding, advertising, digital content, and other visual communications.
Review and approve all creative work before publication or presentation.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of creative innovation.
Requirements

Proven experience in a senior creative role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent understanding of branding principles, visual storytelling, colour theory, typography, and layout design.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Outstanding communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related discipline is preferred. This role offers an inspiring environment for a passionate creative professional eager to make a significant impact through innovative visual storytelling.
Pay: £8,000.00-£14,800.00 per month
