Job Description
Work Roles and Responsibilities:
• Creative Content Development:
• Design and create all visual content, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and other promotional materials for exhibitions.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for promotional campaigns, event highlights, and digital platforms.
• Project Management:
• Manage the entire creative process from concept to final production for both graphic and video content.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the company’s quality standards.
• Client and Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their creative needs and provide solutions that enhance the visual and video appeal of exhibitions.
• Ensure that all creative outputs align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and event planning teams to create cohesive visual and video content that supports the company’s exhibition goals.
• Ensure that all creative content is integrated seamlessly across various platforms.
• Quality Control and Innovation:
• Maintain high standards of quality in both graphic and video content, ensuring consistency in style and brand representation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design and video editing, introducing innovative techniques to keep the company’s content competitive.
• Technical Expertise:
• Use advanced graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create professional-grade content.
• Manage the technical aspects of video production, including editing, color grading, sound design, and final output.
• Time and Resource Management:
• Efficiently manage time and resources to balance the demands of both graphic design and video editing tasks.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all creative content.
• Creative Leadership:
• Lead the creative direction for both graphic and video content, ensuring that all visual materials effectively communicate the intended message and engage the target audience.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers or editors, if applicable.
Graphic Design Skills:
• Proficiency in Design Software:
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of vector design, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Branding and Visual Identity:
• Ability to create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials.
• Experience in developing logos, brochures, banners, and other promotional materials.
• Creative Conceptualization:
• Strong skills in brainstorming and conceptualizing innovative designs that align with the company’s objectives.
• Ability to translate client briefs into visually compelling designs.

Video Editing Skills:
• Proficiency in Video Editing Software:

• Ability to create compelling visual stories through video content.
• Experience in editing videos that align with marketing goals and engage viewers.
• Motion Graphics:
• Skills in creating and incorporating motion graphics and animations into video content.
• Knowledge of tools like After Effects for advanced video effects.
• Video Production Knowledge:
• Understanding of the video production process, from pre-production (storyboarding, scripting) to post-production (editing, rendering).
• Ability to manage video shoots, if necessary, including camera operation and lighting.
