Manage the creative process from concept to completion
Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts
Designing a wide variety of layouts and illustrations for marketing material, online media and print products
Adapting designs into various finished products including but not limited to logos, mailers, brochures, leaflets, advertisement creative, website mock-ups, social media, creative for websites, promotional campaign
Come up with new innovations that can be implemented in our website/retail stores/printed collateral/ advertising campaign.
Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists
Skills Requirements
Proven graphic designing experience.
Ability to design engaging creatives
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
Highly proficient in all design aspects
Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines
Should be skilled in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, adobe illustrator, Coral draw. Knowledge of Adobe premiere and after-effects will be of additional value.
Creative and an out-of-the-box thinker
Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
Competent to handle various tasks and work in a high-pressure environment
Should also be able to conceptualize and supervise shoots
Strong designing background along with experience in articulation and conceptualization
