Position: Graphic Designer
Experience: Minimum 4 years
Industry: Pharma (Experience in the Pharma Industry in US Market is mandatory)
Location: Remote
Shift time:- USA shift(Night Shift)
Salary: 45000 to 50000
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of graphic design experience, with a proven track record in the Pharma industry being a significant advantage. This role requires a creative individual who can translate complex ideas into visually appealing and effective designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Creation: Develop and design engaging graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and promotional content.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Visual Storytelling: Create compelling visual stories that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and bring fresh ideas to the table to continuously improve our design processes.
• Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure they meet the desired outcomes.
• Documentation: Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience. Experience in the Pharma sector is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of web design and multimedia design.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web development is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Please include a link to your portfolio with your resume.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
