Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and career-oriented Management Trainees to join our organization. This role is designed to groom future leaders by providing structured training across various business functions. Candidates will gain practical exposure, develop managerial skills, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Undergo structured training in sales processes, product knowledge, and market strategies.
Support field sales activities, distributor management, and dealer engagement.
Identify new business opportunities and assist in market penetration efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection.
Support promotional campaigns, sales events, and lead generation activities.
Prepare daily sales reports, MIS data, and performance analysis.
Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and customer support for smooth operations.
Learn sales forecasting, territory planning, and business development strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Passion for sales and business development
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales
Strong leadership potential
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn
