Job description
We are looking for a Government Field Sales professional to join our growing team at Netweb Technologies India Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining configuration management solutions, as well as providing support for infrastructure design and development of tools for infrastructure monitoring and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategic sales goals that align with business objectives.
Qualify leads and create target lists of enterprise or data centre accounts based on market research and industry trends.
Proactively seek out potential customers through cold calling and follow-up customer visits to government organizations, educational institutes, and research organizations.
Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Effectively position Netweb Technologies' products and services to meet the needs of customers and exceed their expectations.
BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND MAINTAIN/MANAGE ACCOUNTS TO DRIVE RETENTION AND GROWTH.
Negotiate various types of contracts, including purchase agreements and service level agreements.
Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
Negotiate sales pricing, monitor orders, facilitate credit issues, and negotiate sales returns.
KRA (Key Result Area)

Fluent English language skills are mandatory, with additional local languages being an advantage.
A minimum of 8+ years of experience selling computer hardware solutions like servers, workstations, storage, HPC clusters, data center or enterprise accounts.
Success in credible cold calling and follow-up with key decision makers in corporate accounts.
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience selling technology into corporate accounts is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability in areas such as pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure and control, time, and territory management.
Strong persuasive and negotiating skills, with polished verbal, written and presentation skills.
Highly proactive, organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Professionalism combined with a passion for creativity and innovation.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or engineering or its equivalent is required. Relevant certifications and training in sales and marketing are a plus. Read more
