parameters Reduction of power amp; fuel consumption, enhancement of productivity, cost reduction Determining the future

needs andproductioncapacity for producing required quantities of items on pre-defined standards and within financial costs.

Achieving good/required PRI, NAV OEE

Project Management

Conceptualizing and screening new projects and conducting feasibility studies to determine the viability based on technical,

financial economic parameters Preparing detailed engineering, procurement/contracting and construction management

plans Monitoring Cost Time over-runs to ensure timely execution of projects within budget Planning implementing the

preventive predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety ofplantequipment in power

intensive business operations.
