Export Sales / International Business Development role at an Activewear Brand:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Executive to lead and manage international sales operations. This role is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with international distributors/retailers, and driving revenue growth across global territories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement export sales strategies to expand into new international markets.
• Identify and onboard international distributors, agents, and retail partners.
• Conduct market research to understand regional trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and buyer meetings.
• Coordinate with the product development and marketing teams to customize offerings for various markets.
• Set and track sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
Requirements:
• 3–7 years of experience in international/export sales, preferably in the fashion, textile, or activewear sector.
• Strong understanding of global market dynamics and trade compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
• Languages: English is a must; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
