GERMAN LANGUAGE EXPERT FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT

We are looking for a passionate German Language Expert who can manage online sales

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support by voice, chat, and email responses

• Manage online sales, orders, and invoices on the company Website, eBay, Amazon

• Respond product related queries from customers

• Build strong customer relationship

Requirements

• Good communication in the German and English Language

• German Language Level B1 and Above

• Excellent learning ability

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Chat system, and Email Writing
