For one of our client who is into manufacturing and Sales of Weigh bridge systems, we are looking for an experienced Sales person who will lead the entire North India. Seasoned sales person mandatorily from selling of large capital equipments and who are based out of Delhi or willing to move to Delhi are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement the company's long-term strategic plans, in alignment with the overall business

objectives and growth targets.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the weighing

equipment industry.

· Oversee the budgeting and financial planning processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

· Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions as needed.

· Provide leadership and guidance to various departments, including production, sales, marketing, and customer

support.

· Monitor and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency quality, and timely delivery of weighing

equipment to customers.

· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to devise effective strategies to promote and sell weighing

equipment.

· Monitor sales performance and take necessary actions to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications and other Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is

advantageous.

. Ready to re locate to Delhi

· Proven experience of 15+ years in a leadership position within the Weigh Bridge System Industry or a related field.

· In-depth knowledge of Weigh Bridge equipment and industry trends. Alternatively, Candidates possessing Sales experience of selling Capital Equipment, Heavy Earth moving Machineries would be preferred

· Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving financial and operational targets.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

· Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
