Business Systems Engineer

Hunch is a tech company specializing in accounting software that helps small businesses manage their finances. We are currently seeking a Business Systems Engineer to join our team. The Business Systems Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that our systems and processes are effectively supporting our business operations. Responsibilities
• Ensure that our systems and processes are functioning effectively to support the business
• Work with other departments to develop and implement new systems and processes
• Maintain documentation of existing policies, procedures, and processes
• Identify areas of improvement in our current systems and processes
• Assist in the resolution of technical issues related to our systems and processes
• Conduct trainings for employees when new systems or processes are rolled out
• Stay up-to-date on new technologies and industry trends

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software
• Understanding of business processes and operations
