About the Job:
We
are looking for a General Manager – Sales.
At

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join us. As an ideal
candidate, you need to be a leader with previous managerial experience having
proven experience overseeing Sales and Operations, an expert communicator with
a strong ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide
range of departments. Ultimately, driven by your desire to lead a team towards
maximum productivity and efficiency.
SALES: Working on Sales forecasts and plans, ensuring Sales targets
are met. Developing and working on sales forecasts and plans. maintaining
business relationships and designing policies that allow partnerships to
thrive; identifying opportunities for new partnerships; strengthening existing
relationships and collaborations; building professional networks; enforcing
legally binding contracts; developing and executing business plans for
strategic growth; conducting market research; synthesizing reports of business
metrics; negotiating contracts with strategic partners; and attending meetings
to serve as representatives of their organizations.
Job Experience:
Played
on a key role in the success of organizations especially Hospitality, Real
Estate, and any Service industries in a leadership role as General Manager /
Senior Manager /Sales & Operations, effectively overseeing the daily
operations of a business segment, department. Ensure strategic goals are met by
setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets, managing staff.
Having a strong business mind and effective in achieving the goals.
Candidate Profiles:
Completion
of any UG / PG / Any Specialization in Business Administrations / Marketing
Excellent
communications skills

plus years of experiences
Proven
past records in overall BD achievements/growth, capable of handling challenges
and implementing best systems and processes,
Having
experience in leadership roles in relevant industries like hospitality, real
estate, hotel & restaurants, and any service industries.
Core Work Activities:
SALES:
·
The main goal of this leadership position is to drive the business towards
generating business revenue, retaining the existing customers, focusing on
customer services & support, ensuring safety measures overall,
administrating the center, and working closely with the CEO on Business
Development.

The selected candidate will engage with prospective clients and qualify/ sound
business prospects for our business and grow the business.
·
The Candidate will be responsible for increasing Company revenue by managing
successfully, Sales inquiries and identifying potential customers.
·
The candidate will identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each sales
prospect, their organizational influencers, and their decision-making
processes. You will be responsible for achieving your assigned sales targets.
·
The candidate will provide an up-to-date sales and marketing forecast
·
Work on customer retention strategy and implement the same
·
Excellent skill on customer rapport with the customer
Additional / added Responsibilities:
·
Supervise the center every day including customer offices and ensure the
systems are in place
·
MIS to be prepared and shared with the CEO
·
Interact regularly with the team members and guide the team.
