Profile - GENERAL MANAGER (Plant operations)

Job Location - Maharashtra/Gujarat/Rajasthan/MP/Tamil Nadu
• Experience in plant operations and maintenance management. (Must knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.)

Job Description
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Overseeing all aspects of plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitoring production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.
• Ensuring that all equipment and machinery are well-maintained and operate efficiently.
• Developing and managing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance activities with minimal disruption to production.
• Enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensuring all the factory compliances.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the operations and maintenance team.
• Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Managing the plant's operational budget and controlling costs.
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing measures to reduce expenses.
• Ensure products meet quality standards, promptly resolve issues, and minimize rejections.
• Implementing quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Developing and implementing long-term strategies for plant growth and improvement.
• Identifying opportunities for innovation and operational excellence.
• Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing regular updates on plant performance and key initiatives.
• Leadership and manpower grievance resolution.
• Manage plant administration areas.
