We are hiring a General Manager Finance to act as a strategic finance partner for our Operations Maintenance (OM) segment across multiple countries. This high-impact role supports the CFO and works closely with operations leadership to drive performance, optimize cost, and ensure commercial success in a project-based, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Business partnering with OM segment leadership.

2) Financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

3) Support for contract reviews, pricing, and bids.

4) Margin improvement and cost optimization.

5) Compliance across international jurisdictions.

6) Assist the CFO in oversight of FA operations

Requirements:

❖ CA/CPA/ACCA (MBA preferred)

❖ 15+ years in finance, with 5+ in global/multi-country roles

❖ Oilfield services, EPC, or OG background.

❖ Strong commercial and operational finance expertise

❖ Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
