Job Summary:

SOCRadar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Director to lead our sales efforts in the APAC (Asia-Pacific) region. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base across the APAC market. This is a leadership role that requires a strong sales background, a deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry, and the ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams. Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the APAC region with the focus on India in alignment with SOCRadar's overall business objectives, ensuring revenue targets are achieved and exceeded.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability. Provide guidance and support to help team members achieve their individual and collective goals.
• Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities within the APAC region, conduct market research, and develop go-to-market strategies to penetrate and expand into new customer segments.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand customer needs, drive customer success, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Key Account Management: Personally manage and grow relationships with strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Sales Process and Operations: Establish and optimize sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting. Implement and leverage CRM systems and sales tools to drive operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Channel and Partner Development: Identify and onboard strategic partners, resellers, and distributors to expand SOCRadar's reach and market presence in the APAC region. Collaborate with partners to drive joint sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
• Sales Performance Management: Set ambitious sales targets, monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure sales objectives are met. Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
• Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the cybersecurity industry. Leverage industry knowledge to position SOCRadar's solutions effectively and drive competitive advantage.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to align strategies, leverage resources, and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role within the APAC region, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
• Sales Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams, including hiring, training, and developing sales professionals.
• APAC Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the APAC/India market dynamics, customer behavior, and cultural nuances. Experience working in multiple countries within the APAC region is highly desirable.
• Cybersecurity Expertise: Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, industry trends, and competitive landscape within the APAC region.
