Audit Employees on Work Stations to ensure Standardized work Instructions are followed
Perform GAP Leader routines
Perform GAP Leader Trainings
Support operators with Scrap Reduction
Train New Operators
Update and Manage Employee Polivalence Matrix
Attending daily TOP 5 meetings
Taking part in the improvement process
Training of new assembly workers upon request
Following local health safety regulations
Communication of all problems with product or at the workstation to the Supervisor
Applying 5S standards, keeping the workstation clean and tidy, being responsible for the tools and instalations at the workstation
Being on disposition of the Supervisor to cover possible absences
