Furniture Production Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and versatile General Furniture Manager to lead our furniture department and oversee all aspects of our furniture operations. As the General Furniture Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire furniture division, including production, sales, inventory, and customer service. Your leadership skills, industry expertise, and strategic mindset will be instrumental in driving the success and profitability of our furniture business.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the furniture department, including procurement, production management, inventory, and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to ensure the availability of quality furniture products, raw material, hardware etc.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing new products, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Lead, motivate, and develop the blue collar team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth operations and effective coordination.
Requirements:
Proven experience in furniture management, preferably in a leadership role within the furniture or interior design industry.
In-depth knowledge of furniture products, materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and targets.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools to track and manage inventory levels effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
