Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Mastery of Civil 3D design components and drafting techniques.
- Ability to prepare conceptual designs utilizing a combination or Google Earth, Infraworks, AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D as appropriate.
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, drawings, and exhibits.
• Roles & Responsibilities:

- Furniture Designer
- Execute the interiors according to the drawings, received from the Interior Design team.
- Coordinate with the Top Management, Project Manager, Design Team, Vendors, and Clients if necessary.
- Responsible for on-site supervision of the interiors execution work, quality checks.
- Understand BOQs prepared by the design team or prepare BOQs if necessary, and plan procurement accordingly.
- Ensure that all the stakeholders in the interiors execution process are well informed and that there are no communication gaps.
- Ensure that all the finishing works is of highest quality.
- Communicate with the management of any issues at the site, and regular feedback.
• Education and Experiences:

-
- AutoCAD Civil 3D expert level, Stand Pro, 3D Max, Google Sketch-up, ArcGIS, Revit
- Diversified experience within various stages/design elements of a project is a plus
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience.
• Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
