Job Description
Wednesday - Sunday 28 hours per week
Fun, casual work environment with a friendly crew
Central Burgs is an American-style burger joint known for juicy burgers, loud beats, and a team culture built on fun, energy, and real teamwork. We’re now looking for a Full-time Cook and All-Rounder to join our crew!
What you’ll do:
Cooking and food preparation
Kitchen Cleanliness Standards
Operational Systems to follow
Serving customers and handling orders
Restocking and maintaining store presentation
Cleaning and maintaining venue standards
Supporting the team during busy service periods
Helping create a welcoming customer experience
Deliver an amazing customer experience every shift
Take orders and serve with energy and accuracy
Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking
Serve drinks (RSA required, or willing to obtain)
Keep the shop running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for:
Kitchen or Cooking experience (quick-service or fast-casual, highly desirable)
Confident with customers, reliable, energetic, and thrives in a busy setting
Great communicator and team player
Able to work Wednesday - Sunday, 38 hours per week
