· Responds productively and with efficiency to directions given by Leaders during all shifts
· Communicates scheduling conflicts and needs in a timely manner
· Demonstrates responsibility by timely arrival for shifts and performing efficient closing duties
· Shows an eagerness for improvement and growth and responds well to hospitality coaching
· Tolerant of mistakes and failures during our efforts and eager to make recoveries
ABC cards are required for front of the house employees, and must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment
Physical Requirements:
· Is able to be on feet for an entire shift
· Is able to lift up to 25 pounds
