POSITION TITLE: FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE
REPORTS TO::
Front Officemanger / Asst. Front office manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
Attend to guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries. Have Detailed information about the hoteland city. Check on VIPguest movements, complete their pre-registrationformalities.
Allocate rooms to all arriving guests after checking the guest preferences. Collect guest feedback forms and do any possible first hand service recovery steps.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Candolim, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
• total work: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
• Hindi (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
