The busy Waitomo Homestead team are looking for casual Front of House Team Members to join the team.

About the role:
Preparing and serving high- quality coffee and food products.
Assisting with food preparation.
Providing friendly and efficient customer service to all guests.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Waitomo Homestead front of house and back of house.
Supporting the team with any tasks required.
Collaborating across Waitomo attractions and supporting other sites when needed.
What You'll Bring:
Proficiency in numeracy and literacy.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong time management skills.
Initiative and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role within the hospitality and tourism industry.
About You:
High standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
Responsible and committed to your work.
Friendly, reliable, trustworthy, and honest.
Eager to learn and grow.
Strong work ethic with a high attendance record.
Able to work in a very busy and fast paced environment.
Availability to work on a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
