Title: Front Of House Staff, Casual - Casual Role
$36.74 (inclusive of 25% casual loading) + superannuation.

Glen Street Theatre is a busy 400 seat professional theatre, located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, at Belrose in the Glen Street Cultural Hub. The theatre delivers an engaging annual performing arts program for all ages and tastes.
Glen Street Theatre is in a state of transformation. Our program is diversifying, our audiences are growing. Our opportunity:
The Front of House team is the primary point of contact for patrons attending events at Glen Street Theatre and responsible for providing a consistently high level of efficient and friendly customer service.
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Set up and pack down venue spaces as required to meet event and patron needs
2) Ensure the appearance of all Glen Street Theatre spaces are maintained to a high standard and ensure the comfort and safety of all venue users including patrons and performers
3) Check validity of patron tickets and direct patrons to their allocated seating
4) Handle basic customer enquiries
5) Manage sales for food and beverage, merchandise and ticketing support services
About you:
We’re looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic people to join our Front of House casual team. You’ll bring excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
