• Process billing, payments, and insurance-related transactions with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure the reception area is well-organized, clean, and inviting, reflecting positively on our organization's image.
• Foster strong relationships with colleagues from various departments, promoting a harmonious work environment and efficient workflow.
• Offer clear information about our services, policies, and procedures to patients, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Resolve patient complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with patients.
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
• Familiarity with scheduling software, Microsoft Office applications, and other relevant tools.
