Job Title: Front Desk Executive (Hospitality)

Location: Firgun Chapter – Shoja

Organization: Firgun Experiences

Industry: Hospitality / Travel Tourism

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and well-organized Front Desk Executive to join our team. This individual will serve as the face of the property, ensuring a welcoming and efficient guest experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, organized in execution, and calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome all guests in a warm and professional manner.

Manage check-in and check-out processes smoothly.

Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with courtesy and promptness.

Handle phone/email bookings, walk-ins, and reservation management systems.

Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and café teams for guest services.

Maintain front desk records, guest logs,lost and found register and cash registers/POS systems.

Assist in day-to-day operations and uphold Firgun’s hospitality standards.

Promote in-house experiences, events, and local excursions to guests.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass; Diploma or degree in hospitality is a plus.

1+ years of experience in hospitality/front office roles (preferred).

Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

Comfortable using basic computer tools (Excel, Google Sheets, email, etc.).

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Willing to live on-site and adapt to a collaborative work environment.
