Qualifications
You will need a High School diploma or equivalent
You will also need experience with cash handling, computer knowledge, and minimum of one-year customer service experience
To be successful, you will need excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills, including ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive matters and/or confrontational situations
You will need to be able to develop and maintain satisfactory and effective relationships with all levels of management and staff members
You will need good judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality
You will also need strong organizational and computer skills, and attention to detail

As a Guest Relations Advisor, you’ll challenge yourself by generating revenue and meeting sales goals by sharing information about our services and pairing them with the appropriate service enhancements that are designed to restore, renew, and refresh
In this role, you'll need to anticipate Guests’ needs as you book, alter, and recap services to guests and include detailed notes regarding services
You'll actively welcome guests with a smile and enthusiasm and check-in for appointments and services
You'll accurately handle guest transactions including cash handling, credit card charges, room charges, gift certificates, comps, etc
