• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred, but freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications and the internet.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
