Position: Performance Marketing Executive
Experience: 0–1 Year
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month (As per experience and skills)
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
Job Type: On-Site
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Executive who has basic hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads). This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in digital advertising and paid marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning, creating, and managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Create and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for ad campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
• Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
• Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Track campaign budgets and ensure efficient spending.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies and creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in paid advertising
Required Skills
• Basic hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, and ad optimization.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
Eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience in Performance Marketing, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
• Freshers with practical campaign experience are encouraged to apply.
