Wuh & Dird is looking for a creative, fashion-aware social media person who can take full ownership of our content — from idea to execution.
This is not a “just post on Instagram” role.
We’re looking for someone who can think like a brand builder, shoot like a creator, edit like a storyteller, and execute with consistency.
What you’ll do
You’ll manage Wuh & Dird’s social media end to end — planning, strategising, creating, editing, posting, and analysing what works.
Your role will include:
Planning weekly and monthly content calendars
Shooting aesthetic content on the spot — product videos, founder-led content, styling videos, BTS, reels, stories
Creating reels, statics, carousels, stories, and ad creatives
Editing videos with strong hooks, pacing, music, captions, and visual storytelling
Designing clean, premium, brand-consistent graphics
Understanding trends and knowing where they fit without making the brand look generic
Bringing fresh ideas for campaigns, launches, shoots, and storytelling
Working closely with the founder to translate brand thinking into strong content
Posting consistently and maintaining the overall Instagram grid, stories, and brand look
Tracking what performs and improving content based on insights
Understanding performance marketing basics and creating quick iterations of ad creatives based on what is working
Experimenting constantly with hooks, formats, edits, captions, stories, and creative angles
You should be
Very creative, very passionate, and full of ideas
Someone with a strong eye for aesthetics, luxury styling, and visual detail
Great at shooting content aesthetically, even in everyday setups
Strong in graphic design and video editing
Obsessed with social media, trends, reels, hooks, and storytelling
Passionate about experimentation and open to testing new content formats
Able to maintain consistency in design, tone, and brand language
Excited to build a brand from the ground up
Comfortable working in a fast-moving founder-led environment
Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting to be told every small thing

Ability to create and test multiple creative iterations quickly

Experience Level
This is an early-career, hands-on role ideal for someone with 0–3 years of experience.
Freshers with a strong creative eye, good taste, and a solid portfolio of content/design work are welcome to apply.
This role is best suited for someone who wants to learn fast, experiment a lot, and grow with an early-stage brand — not someone looking for a senior managerial or purely strategy-led role.
