Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Visual Communication
• Design high-quality creative assets for digital, print, marketing, branding, and internal communication requirements.
• Develop brochures, presentations, annual reports, newsletters, social media creatives, advertisements, event branding materials, and promotional collateral.
• Create innovative visual concepts aligned with business, marketing, and corporate communication objectives.
Brand Management
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communication materials.
• Maintain and strengthen the corporate visual identity across multiple platforms and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Support employer branding and corporate branding initiatives through impactful design solutions.
Exhibition & Event Branding
• Lead end-to-end exhibition and stall design projects, including concept development, theme creation, space planning, graphic design, and branding execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, fabricators, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Oversee on-site branding implementation and ensure seamless execution of exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with marketing, HR, business teams, and external agencies to understand communication objectives and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
Production & Vendor Management
• Coordinate artwork production, printing, and fabrication activities.
• Review proofs, layouts, and final outputs to ensure accuracy and quality compliance.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies, printers, and production vendors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or related discipline.
• Professional certification in graphic design or visual communication will be an added advantage.
Experience
• 3–8 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Creative Design, Branding, Advertising, Marketing Communications, or Exhibition Design.
• Experience in managing corporate branding and large-scale exhibition projects will be preferred.
Technical Skills
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics tools will be an added advantage.
