Job Description
If you are an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills, active listening skills, and a customer-first attitude, this Customer Care Executive / Customer Support Executive / Telecaller / CSR (Customer Service Representative) role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, live chat support, email support, and social media queries professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints, service issues, and product queries promptly and effectively.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and order status.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and first call resolution (FCR).
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department/team lead when necessary.
- Update and maintain customer records using CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk, etc.).
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPIs, SLA targets, and call quality benchmarks.
- Cross-sell / up-sell products or services where applicable.
- Follow company policies, scripts, and communication guidelines.
- Collaborate with backend teams, technical support, and sales teams for query resolution.
Required Skills (Keywords)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language)
- Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Multitasking and time management
- Basic computer skills / typing skills / MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM tools, helpdesk software, ticketing systems
- Voice process / Non-voice process experience preferred
- Ability to work in rotational shifts / night shifts / flexible shifts
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Prior experience in BPO, call center, telecalling, or customer support is a plus
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with experience in customer support, telecalling, back-office, or client servicing preferred
- Must have a laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and headset (for Work From Home role)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
