Testbook, a leading EdTech platform specializing in Government and Private Job Exams, is seeking Freelancer Tele Counselors to join their team. As a Tele Counselor, you will play a vital role in guiding potential students over the phone, helping them make informed decisions about the right products and assisting in their career choices. You will also be responsible for resolving queries about the company and its products, making outbound calls, following up on leads, and selling memberships to students based on their requirements. Providing excellent customer experience and explaining product features in detail will be key aspects of this role.

• Previous experience in domestic outbound or telesales.
• Proficiency in elementary Hindi language.
• Minimum age requirement of 18+.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to receive critique without internalizing it.
