Role Description This Freelance Creative Professional role is an on-site position based in Delhi, India. The professional will help conceptualize and execute visually appealing and engaging F&B experiences, including event themes, food and beverage presentation, and brand storytelling. Day-to-day tasks may include collaborating with the core team on creative concepts, mood boards, and design elements for events and activations. The role also involves coordinating with vendors and partners, preparing on-site setups, and ensuring that creative details are aligned with client expectations and brand standards. The professional will be expected to work flexibly based on project timelines, maintain clear communication, and contribute fresh ideas that enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to develop original ideas for F&B events and experiences.
• Experience in event design, visual merchandising, or hospitality-related creative roles, preferably within the food and beverage sector.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work within project deadlines.
• Comfort with on-site, hands-on work, including event setup, styling of food and beverage displays, and real-time problem solving.
