Located in the heart of Old Montreal, InterContinental is a 4-Diamond hotel known for its elegance, exceptional service, and strong team spirit. We are seeking a versatile individual to provide administrative support to the General Manager while also assisting with marketing coordination efforts.


Your day to day
This hybrid role is divided between:

Executive support to the General Manager

Marketing coordination under the supervision of the Director of Marketing

Executive Support (approx. 50%)
Draft, edit, and format internal and external communications (emails, memos, presentations)

Manage calendar, travel arrangements, meetings, and follow-ups on key priorities

Assist with internal meeting logistics and occasional team events

Marketing Coordination (approx. 50%)
Support the execution of social media, website updates, and email marketing campaigns

Coordinate content production with partners and vendors

Maintain the marketing calendar, assist in compiling performance metrics, and contribute to creative sessions


What we need from you

Excellent written and spoken French and English
Strong communication and writing skills with attention to detail
Comfortable using digital tools (Microsoft Office, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp or similar)
2-5 years of experience in administrative support or project coordination
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
