About the Position: This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. ['Plan and schedule work assignments on a daily basis within the instructions and time limits provided.', 'Select workers and assign tasks to be performed.', 'Explain work requirements, methods, and procedures.', 'Ensure that equipment and supplies are maintained and properly used.', 'Recommend performance requirements, promotions, reassignments, or other status changes of assigned personnel prior to initiation and make formal and informal performance appraisals.', 'Counsel employees on problems, resolve informal complaints and minor grievances, and refer those unresolved to supervisor.', 'Inform supervisor of anticipated vacancies in workload or other circumstances to obtain replacements or additional staff.', 'Maintain production reports and records for the unit.', 'Provide supervision of sanitation services for various stations throughout the area of operations.']
