Job Summary
As a Food Server, you will be the friendly face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to ensure every guest has a memorable dining experience. Your enthusiasm, attentiveness, and knowledge of our menu will help create a lively and inviting environment where guests feel valued and cared for.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen staff
Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns quickly
Handle payment transactions efficiently and accurately, providing friendly assistance with bills and receipts
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables for new guests
Promote our menu offerings and daily specials to enhance the guest experience
Requirements
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays comfortably for extended periods
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating enjoyable dining experiences
