Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager

The Bamboo Nation is looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure an outstanding dining experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities:🍽 Restaurant Operations & Customer Experience Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene . Ensure excellent customer experience by addressing concerns and feedback. Monitor and enhance service efficiency to improve customer satisfaction. 👥 Staff Management & Training Hire, train, and supervise kitchen and service staff . Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations. Develop training programs to enhance service quality and efficiency. 💰 Inventory & Cost Control Monitor food and beverage inventory and manage stock levels. Work with suppliers to ensure the best quality ingredients at cost-effective rates . Control costs, minimize waste, and maximize profitability. 📈 Sales & Revenue Management Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement . Analyze revenue reports and suggest improvements to boost profitability. Plan and execute promotional events and special dining experiences. 📜 Compliance & Hygiene Standards Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations . Conduct regular audits to maintain cleanliness and compliance. Skills & Qualifications:✅ Experience: 2-4 years in F&B management or restaurant operations . ✅ Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to handle inventory, budgeting, and cost control . Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards . ✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management / F&B Management (preferred). ✅ Language: Proficiency in English & Hindi .
