We are looking for a Dynamic Leader with pleasant personality, professional behavior, attitude, sound knowledge, and a focused mind to lead our F&B Department.
Location: Morjim, Goa
Property Type: Award Winning Luxury Boutique Resort
Requirements-
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in the hotel hospitality industry.
• At least 2–3 years in a leadership role within Food & Beverage operations.
• Luxury 5-star hotel experience or reputed International Franchise Restaurant Chian is preferred.
• Past experience of high profile Mediterranean or Pan Asian will be an advantage
• Extremely pleasant appearance, personality, and attitude
• Exceptionally professional guest handling and maintaining relationships
• Degree or Diploma in the relevant field.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in leading and managing all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, and lounges.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining luxury service standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop F&B teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and service quality.
• Drive revenue through menu engineering, promotions, and upselling initiatives.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements.
• Employees growth and skills development
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
