Spa & Wellness Centre Manager
Relax Heavan is looking for a responsible, growth-oriented and business-minded Spa & Wellness Centre Manager to independently manage and grow our centre in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand.
This is not just a staff-supervision role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the centre, make practical decisions, drive revenue, manage the team and keep the business running profitably even when the owner is not present.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently manage day-to-day spa and centre operations.
• Lead, motivate and manage therapists and support staff.
• Drive sales, revenue and customer retention.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into paying customers.
• Monitor daily bookings, sales, expenses and overall profitability.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Improve staff productivity and ensure proper scheduling and attendance.
• Manage inventory, supplies and operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities for local marketing, partnerships and business growth.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, customers and team performance.
• Take ownership of problems and find practical solutions without depending on the owner for every decision.
• Maintain discipline, professionalism and service quality across the centre.
What We Are Looking For:
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in spa, salon, wellness, hospitality, retail, service business or similar operations.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Strong sales and business-development mindset.
• Ability to understand numbers, targets, revenue and expenses.
• Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
• Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions.
• A genuine ownership and growth mindset.
Compensation:
₹25,000+ per month, based on experience and capability, plus performance-based incentives.
