An exciting opportunity is now available for a Food and Beverage Attendant at the Karratha International Hotel. This role is responsible for maintaining and delivering exceptional standards of service across the hotel’s food and beverage department.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests are accommodated.
Provide menu recommendations and detailed product knowledge when requested.
Deliver food and beverages to tables or service areas promptly.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns effectively and escalate when necessary.
Set up, clean, and restock dining and service areas, including tables, counters, and bar areas.
Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the food and beverage area.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
Certification in food handling and responsible ******* service
Salary between $71,550 and $80, 000 per annum plus superannuation.
