An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our young and friendly team. If you are Hospitality enthusiast who thrives on providing excellent customer service and enjoys working in a busy and dynamic environment, then this may just be the role for you!

Wyndham Duchally Country Estate, one of the branded IDILIQ Hotels & Resorts, is set in beautiful Perthshire near to Gleneagles and is the ideal base for a holiday in Scotland. Our Food & Beverage offering is at the heart of our operation and we take great pride in creating seasonal dishes using the very best of local produce. Within the hotel we have our Monteaths Restaurant with a capacity for up to 60 guests, our Gatehouse Bar and outdoor terrace, as well as our Glendevon Lounge where we can host small ******** gatherings for up to 40.
Here are some of the key tasks within the role….
Welcome and greet all guests and visitors to the Bar & Restaurant.
Assist in the setup of the dining room, ensuring all tables and back of house areas are prepared.
Provide service of breakfast, lunch and dinner, showing guests to their tables, offering menus, taking orders, serving food and drinks and clearing tables.
Deliver consistent, exceptional service in line with hotel standards and procedures
Answer guest menus queries, and offer guidance and recommendations
Carry out any additional duties as requested by management.
What we are offering in return…
As well as a base salary of £12.74 per hour, there is the potential to earn up to £2,000 in service charge.
