FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER - CAMMERAY
At Maggio's, we have been bringing people together since 1999. We are more than just a café; we are a vibrant part of the local community. We are looking for a Front of House Floor Manager to join our team in Cammeray! You will be working with the FOH Operations Manager who ensures the "gears" of the operation turn smoothly, and you will be the heart of the floor. You are a foundational leader and a true culture cultivator who ensures our glass half full energy is felt by every guest and team member.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Lead and Mentor: Demonstrate "The Maggio's Way" through warmth and presence while actively coaching the team in the moment to help them reach their full potential.
Maintain Standards and Energy: Drive accountability to our Code of Conduct & Handbook while safeguarding the venue's positive atmosphere, ensuring the team remains focused and ambitious during peak periods.
Operational Excellence: Uphold expert knowledge of our products, menu and catering while ensuring the venue remains organized, clean, and visually stunning.
Enhance the Guest Experience: Serve as a foundational brand ambassador on the floor, identifying natural opportunities to delight customers and ensure every interaction reflects the warmth and quality of Maggio's.
WHO YOU ARE:
We are high volume and we get really busy. You are a hospitality professional with at least 2 years of experience in high-volume environments, and a passion for driving standards, developing your team and a customer obsession. You thrive in the energy of a busy service, and you truly C-A-R-E (Customer-obsessed, Aware, Respectful, with an Eye for Detail).
