🚨 Hiring: Oracle FLEXCUBE Production Support (L0/L1)
📍 Location: Offshore India – Bangalore
📅 Duration: 6 Months
We are looking for experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE Production Support professionals to join a banking project supporting Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking and its integrated ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L0/L1 production support for Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Monitor and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
• Execute EOD/BOD sanity checks and recurring operational activities.
• Support audit, compliance, and ITIL processes.
• Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, shift handovers, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
Required Skills:
• 15+ years of IT experience.
• Strong Oracle FLEXCUBE production support experience.
• Good understanding of Retail, Corporate, Islamic, and Trade Banking modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and Unix/Linux.
• Knowledge of log analysis, file handling, and middleware (WebLogic, MQ, OHS).
• Experience with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting banking audit and compliance activities.
