1) No Educational Proof requirement
2) No geographical limitations
3) Working other insurance, mutual fund people can also be recruited as IMD
4) No 5 days training required
5) Min 2 lacs of business to become IMD ( say 2.09 lacs )
6) e-adhaar mandatory
7) PAN & Adhaar to be linked
8) One IMD Can recruit PHF, LA even IMD
9) on appointing IMD get direct benefit of 28%.
